Navigating Complex Flows: Our client sought to develop a mobile solution empowering remote and field teams to manage sales on the fly. However, this posed a significant UX challenge due to the multitude of features the app intended to offer. Crafting an intuitive user experience demanded meticulous flow arrangement and detailed layout considerations for each element.

 

Optimizing UX for Targeting and Capturing KPIs: Within our comprehensive app featuring a wide array of functionalities, pinpointing key performance indicators (KPIs) vital to sales representatives was paramount. Strategically placing these metrics ensured seamless access to pertinent data, enhancing the user experience through intuitive visual representations.

 

Balancing Data Dynamics for Sales Representatives Addressing the need for up-to-date insights, we encountered the challenge of integrating multiple filters and sorting options within our app. Sales representatives require easy access to refreshed data, enabling them to track crucial metrics like recovered versus pending amounts across various timeframes. Finding the optimal solution to seamlessly manage these data dynamics posed a significant challenge in ensuring a streamlined and intuitive user experience.

What really impressed me was how Team Idhyha didn't rush into using fancy design tools right off the bat. Instead, they went old school, working with paper and pen to crystallize our requirements. It was a neat, back-to-basics approach that really helped us nail down exactly what we needed. And let me tell you about the Figma board they used—it was top-notch!
